Give your idea
The Presentation It Deserves.
Pitches don't really happen in elevators, no matter what anybody tells you. And yet, many entrepreneurs struggle with learning how to communicate their core ideas quickly and clearly.
It's hard to get good feedback about your ideas, your presentation, and your presence. Your friends want to support you and your team wants you to look good.
That's why we've developed the Red Team Reviews process. It's a condensed version of the same exercise we take our clients through when they launch new projects, products, and services.
Who it’s for
Whether you're preparing for an investor meeting, an upcoming interview with a journalist, or a team rally, we've designed an efficient method to provide you a dress rehearsal opportunity that comes with clear feedback and advice on both your core message and on your presentation skills.
Part One: The Power Hour
We'll start your session with 10-15 minutes for you to deliver your presentation our team—we'll play the role of investors, journalists, and influencers who aren't necessarily on board with your idea. In fact, we might just interrupt you, challenge your assumptions, or ask you to show your work—just like a real audience would.
After your pitch, we'll drill down even further with a "real talk" question and answer round. We'll try to poke holes in your logic and call out details that you might not have observed until they end up in a blogger's recap.
We'll wrap up the hour by closing out our roleplay and digging into some flash coaching around what went well—and what you'll want to work on. You'll leave our session with actionable advice to use right away.
Part Two: The Power Plan
Within 7 business days, we'll follow up by delivering a detailed report that analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for both your idea and your presentation. We'll recommend followup resources, provide a checklist for optimizing your pitch, and some exercises to help build even more empathy with your audience.
Best of all, if you decide that you'd like our team to get even more hands-on by working together on the next version of your pitch, we'll credit your investment in the Red Team Review session toward our future engagement retainer.
